For a 2 man delivery service our partner DRS will contact you directly within seven working days via sms / email to arrange the delivery day. Smaller furniture items for Delivery to mainland UK will be made up to 7 working days after order placement (Mon to Fri). Our carrier DPD will contact you directly via sms within 4 working days of your order placement to advise the delivery time slot and tracking information. NB: For pre-order items you will be contacted 2-5 days prior to delivery depending on the size of your order. If you have ordered Fabric samples these will be sent to you within 3-4 working days where possible, via Royal Mail (Monday to Saturday). |
