• There is no purchase necessary to enter and no cash alternative will be offered.
• If the prize is an Atkin and Thyme product, Atkin and Thyme reserves the right to change the prize for an alternative Atkin and Thyme product of an equivalent value.

The Promotion

Atkin & Thyme (“we”, “us”, “our”) is offering complimentary standard UK delivery on qualifying garden furniture orders placed through our website (www.atkinandthyme.co.uk) or in-store. These Terms and Conditions govern the promotion and form a binding agreement between you and Atkin & Thyme when you take part.

Eligibility

To qualify for free delivery under this promotion, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The order must include one or more garden furniture items with a combined qualifying product value of £750.00 or more (after any other applicable discounts, but before delivery charges).
• The delivery address must be located on the UK mainland. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands, and other offshore islands are excluded.
• The promotion is available to retail customers only. Trade, wholesale, and contract orders are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The promotion applies to qualifying in-stock items and pre-order items available to order. It does not apply to spare parts, accessories, or non-furniture products unless they form part of a qualifying furniture order.

Qualifying Products

This promotion applies to garden furniture purchased from Atkin & Thyme, including but not limited to: garden dining sets, garden lounge sets, sun loungers, garden benches, outdoor chairs, and garden tables.

The promotion does not apply to:

• Pergolas or associated products
• BBQs or associated products
• Indoor or associated products
• Replacement cushions or covers ordered separately
• Items marked as excluded from promotions on the product listing

We reserve the right to update the list of qualifying products at any time.

How to Redeem

The free delivery and discount amount will be applied once a customer uses the code Alfresco10 at checkout when the qualifying basket value of £750.00 or more is reached. If the discount does not appear at checkout and you believe your order qualifies, please contact our customer service team before completing your order.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is processed.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate. The qualifying £750.00 threshold is calculated on the VAT-inclusive product price after any promotional discounts, but before delivery fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

• If you cancel or return part of a qualifying order and the remaining product value falls below £750.00, Atkin & Thyme reserves the right to deduct the standard delivery charge from any refund issued.
• If you return an entire qualifying order, you will be refunded the full product price in accordance with our standard returns policy. As the delivery was provided free of charge, no delivery cost will be refunded.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy on our website for full details.

Limitations and Exclusions

This promotion cannot be combined with any other delivery offer or promotion unless expressly stated.

• This promotion has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable.
• Atkin & Thyme reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atkin & Thyme shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in, or inability to participate in, this promotion.
